This week’s menu:

Chickpea potato curry

Vegetable soup with sweet basil

Oven-roasted salmon, asparagus and new potatoes

Pasta primavera

As you can tell, I’m a fan of Simply Recipes. These are the meals LO can have. I just blend it up and it’s ready to go! I’m thinking we need to start adding to our weekly grocery budget since he eats at least one portion of our meals now.
