Gourmet ideas for a baby’s solid foods

I’m having so much fun concocting my baby’s meals. Today I sauteed chicken breast along with mushrooms, artichoke hearts and parsley.

I also bought him summer squash and plan to saute that and sprinkle it with basil and cheddar cheese.

Then, I bought him organic ground beef and will also saute that in a pan. Once that’s nice and cooked, I’ll mix in ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, oregano, Italian seasoning and parsley. This is based on a lasagna recipe, minus the tomatoes.

He seems to like all the flavors he’s had so far, and that’s even without any salt, oil, butter or sugar added!
